Job Summary Description:

This position is primarily responsible for the professional development of our young ladies in our Jr. Teen and Teen Leadership programs as follows: Ladies Empowerment and Achievement Program (LEAP), dedicated to empowering young girls through life skills education, career exploration, and personal development. Girls Go Build Program, a comprehensive program that includes outreach to local schools, and includes forming collaborations with women in construction fields offering workshops, field trips, internships, job shadowing, and specialized initiatives for girls to explore career fields in Construction. Girls in Engineering, Math, and Science Program (GEMS), encouraging our young ladies to stay engaged in math and science by forming collaborations with women in the STEM fields and providing interactive activities, field trips, presentations, and college and career guidance, while engaging teachers and tutors to strengthen math and science skills.

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
