Resident Services Team Member/Rover - Key West Golf Club (HOA Community)

Part-Time Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable, professional individuals to join our Resident Services Team in a gated community. This role focuses on customer service, gate access, community patrols, and supporting daily HOA operations. This is not a security position .

Responsibilities:

Issue guest and vendor passes using the QuickPass system Monitor gate activity and assist residents/visitors Conduct routine patrols and check common areas Observe and document parking and HOA rule compliance Open/secure amenities and report maintenance issues Complete daily logs and reports using mobile devices Looking for 3-4 individuals from 10am-2pm & 6pm-10pm

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills Comfortable using apps/tablets Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and work outdoors Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work legally in the United States.
