House Parent / Relief House Parent Palatka, FL | Live-In, Full-Time Salary & Housing, Utilities, Health Insurance About Us Rodeheaver Boys Ranch provides a stable, family-style home for boys from families in crisis. Since 1950, we've focused on helping young men grow in character and responsibility through structure, guidance, and care. The Role Live on-site and care for 6-8 boys in a cottage setting. Provide supervision, structure, and positive support to help each boy thrive at home, in school, and in the community. Ideal for mature couples who work well together and enjoy mentoring youth. Responsibilities Supervise and guide daily routines Maintain a safe, structured home Teach life skills and responsibility Support school and activities Manage meals, chores, and transportation Communicate with staff and schools Requirements Married 2+ years; both age 25+ High school diploma (college preferred) Experience with youth or residential care a plus Pass background and drug screening Valid driver's license Benefits Salary with housing and utilities included Health insurance and paid time off Supportive, team-oriented environment
