Every volunteer's first impression of us runs through you. We're looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to bring new volunteers into our Life Skills Program, get them trained, schedule them into workshops, and keep them engaged.

What you'll do: Respond to volunteer inquiries Interview prospective volunteers Coordinate background screening and onboarding Schedule volunteers into training and workshops Stay in touch with active volunteers to keep them engaged Oversee our Community Ambassadors at recruitment events What we're looking for: Warm, responsive, and organized Comfortable in email, text, and on the phone Prior experience in volunteer coordination, HR, recruiting, or customer service is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus Apply for our
