Job Description

The role of the Human Service Professional is to provide overall services to the resident's well-being.
Responsibilities:
Reports to Director. 1. Responsible for maintaining resident's case records 2. Court/ School liaison. 3. Intake of new residents. 4. Scheduling of Dr. appointments and visit. 5. Meet with DFCS monthly. 6. Maintaining documents/ relationship with sponsors and donors . 7. Monthly clothing shopping for residents. 8. Sign up for summer programs and monitors daily well-being and safety. 9. Meal planning/budgeting/ grocery shopping. A complete listing of duties are available per request.
