Job Description

Qualified Intellectual Disability Professionals (QIDP) oversee the programs and services of residents at Bethshan. Bethshan Association, a Christian non-profit organization, is currently accepting applications for full-time hours. A Bachelor's degree in a human services related field (psychology, sociology, education, etc.) is required. Responsibilities include providing case management services for residents including coordinating individual service plans, meeting medical needs, communicating with families, and ensuring that residents are provided with high quality services. The QIDP advocates for each individual to ensure that they are treated with dignity and respect, given opportunities to exercise their individuality, and have access to explore opportunities of interest.
