In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, and vendors, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations. Your expertise in property management tools, legal administrative processes, and tenant relations will help foster a welcoming community environment. SUMMARY Assists with directing, planning, and implementing and monitoring residents' services programs and activities to remove barriers and ensure SBHA residents and clients achieve self-sufficiency. Assists Resident Services Coordinator in directing day-to-day activities of residents relations, Housing University and COPE programs. Ensures optimal residents' participation in SBHA programs and activities including Housing University and youth sport programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets visitors; actively inquiries about how the visitors may be assisted; provides accurate information in response to questions and comments; directs visitors to appropriate staff; represents department and HASB in a professional and courteous manner.
• Encourage Resident participating in programs and activities, building rapports with residents in a professional manner.
• Assists in developing and implementing plans and procedures for administration and management of all resident relations programs and works to address resident needs in program offerings.
• Assists with maintaining policies and procedures to effectively operate all SBHA resident training programs
• Assist, conduct and support the promotion of a clean, orderly and healthy environment at all times.
• Informs residents about relevant HASB and local activities.
• Remains available to assist residents
• Assists in coordination with various organizations to aid residents.
• Promotes harmonious relations among residents, resident services personnel, and persons of the community.
• Assists with preparing and submitting requisitions for department.
• Attend staff trainings and department meetings as needed and other duties as assigned.
