What Will You Do? As the full-time Volunteer Coordinator, you will: Work a 40 hour per week schedule, Monday - Friday days Recruit, interview, on-board new volunteers; the primary focus is on engaging Holland Home residents in meaningful volunteer opportunities Schedule volunteers for a variety of assignments Maintain and track records via computer software Support Holland Home's Vibrant Living wellness programming Skills to be Successful Flexibility, resiliency, dependability, and adaptability Self-directed and autonomous Ability to prioritize Organized and detailed Comfort with navigating various technologies and computer applications Team player mentality Education and Experience Position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Our ideal candidate will have experience with various computer programs and scheduling 2 to 4 years of experience working with volunteers or related field, medical office experience is a plus If this rare opportunity sounds exciting and fun to you, we would like to hear from you.
