Our H.O.P. supports low‑ and moderate‑income clients on their journey from renting to homeownership, guiding them toward mortgage readiness through personalized coaching and resources. The program helps participants build financial stability and confidence by offering education in home maintenance, financial literacy, housing discrimination, and foreclosure prevention. Our goal is to empower families to achieve sustainable homeownership - something many never thought possible - and to strengthen the Eastside community through long‑term housing success. You should have good listening skills, a great deal of patience, be an excellent mediator, and highly knowledgeable about the property market, social services, and legal restrictions in Lansing, Michigan.
