Livonia, MI Job Details Full-time $55,000 - $75,496 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Hospice experience Assisted living experience Prospecting Telemarketing Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description What they will do: Develop relationships with assisted-living facilities, senior homes, memory-care communities, and other senior-care organizations. Meet with administrators, directors of nursing, social workers, care coordinators, and other decision-makers. Introduce the pharmacy and explain its services and advantages. Develop new facility accounts and referral relationships. Make regular in-person visits to existing and prospective facilities. Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of opportunities. Coordinate with the pharmacy team to ensure a smooth transition when a new facility begins working with the pharmacy. Represent the pharmacy professionally in the senior-care community. Track outreach, contacts, meetings, and new business. What you're looking for: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making cold calls and in-person visits. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Professional, outgoing personality. Previous experience in pharmacy, senior living, healthcare sales, medical sales, home health, hospice, or assisted living is a plus. Existing relationships with senior-care facilities would be a major plus. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $75,496.00 per year
