Job Description
The City of Orono is seeking a dependable, service-minded Community Service Officer (CSO) to join the Orono Police Department. As a Community Service Officer, you'll provide essential support to sworn officers through a combination of field work, problem-solving, and community engagement. Whether you're assisting officers, responding to non-emergency calls, conducting traffic and parking enforcement, or supporting community events, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to the public. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of professionals while gaining valuable experience in law enforcement support and public service.
