About the Role We are hiring On-Call Removal & Care Specialists for weekend coverage supporting decedent transfers throughout Central Minnesota and the Greater Twin Cities area. This position supports a broad service area within approximately a 60-mile radius of Rockford, MN, including: West Metro & Greater Twin Cities St. Cloud & Central Minnesota You will work alongside a Licensed Funeral Director or Licensed Transfer Care Specialist , assisting in bringing someone into our care with dignity, professionalism, and compassion. Sometimes that means standing quietly in a family's home in the middle of the night. Sometimes it means working alongside hospice or nursing staff. In every case, it matters how you show up. Weekend Schedule This is a Saturday & Sunday on-call position with 12-hour shifts available: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM We use Shiftly for scheduling, allowing team members to select the weekend shifts that work best for them based on availability. While on shift, you must be fully available and prepared to respond if a call comes in. Compensation $50 per on-call shift (day or overnight) +$75 per completed transfer What You'll Do Remain fully available during scheduled on-call shifts Answer calls promptly and be prepared to respond when needed Meet licensed staff at homes, hospitals, nursing facilities, hospices, or medical examiner offices Assist with safe and respectful transfers into our care Carry yourself with professionalism, calmness, and compassion in emotional situations Who This Role Is Perfect For This role is a natural fit for people already called to serve others, including: Nurses or hospital staff Hospice workers Healthcare professionals If you're someone who stays calm under pressure, shows up when it matters, and genuinely cares about people, you'll fit here.
