Qualified Professional (QP) — Part-Time — Residential Group Home for Youth About Apex Premier Care Services Apex Premier Care Services LLC is a Level II residential group home in Concord, NC, providing a safe, structured, and supportive home for young men ages 8-17. We believe every young person deserves stability, dignity, and a team invested in their success. We use a relationship-based, positive-behavior-support approach and do not use any restrictive interventions. Position Overview We are seeking a part-time Qualified Professional (QP) to provide clinical and programmatic oversight for our home. The QP develops and reviews resident service/treatment plans, supervises our direct care team, and ensures services meet each resident's needs and comply with North Carolina standards. This is a great fit for an experienced human services professional who wants meaningful, flexible part-time work that makes a direct impact in young lives. What You'll Do Develop, implement, monitor, and review individualized service/treatment plans Supervise and support direct care staff and associate professionals Ensure resident needs are assessed and services meet accepted standards of practice Oversee documentation quality and compliance with 10A
NCAC 27G
Coordinate with families, schools, the LME-MCO (Partners Health Management), DSS, and outside providers Protect client rights and confidentiality, and ensure staff are trained accordingly Support intake, admission, and discharge Qualifications (must meet at least one): Bachelor's degree in a human services field plus 2 years of full-time experience with the population served; OR Bachelor's degree in a non-human-services field plus 4 years of full-time experience with the population served; OR Master's degree in a human services field plus 1 year of full-time experience with the population served; OR A licensed or registered professional (e.g., RN) with the required experience with the population served Additional Requirements Must pass a criminal background check and NC Health Care Personnel Registry (HCPR) check Valid NC driver's license Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain Strong knowledge of
NC MH/DD/SA
rules and documentation preferred Schedule Part-time with flexible scheduling. Approximate weekly hours will be discussed during the interview.
