Qualified Professional (QP) -

Residential Group Home Shift:

Primarily day shift; flexible coverage based on program needs Pathways to Life, Inc. is seeking a Qualified Professional to provide clinical oversight, treatment planning, and supervision of staff supporting youth at our new Greenville Group Home. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on coverage shifts, ensuring youth receive consistent, high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical oversight and supervision of Associate Professionals and Paraprofessionals. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment/service plans. Coordinate care with families, schools, and community partners. Support assessments and crisis intervention as needed. Provide direct coverage shifts to support staffing needs across the home. Document services and maintain compliance with agency and NC DHHS standards. Participate in case reviews, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings. Requirements (per

(19) - Qualified Professional): Individual holding a license, provisional license, certificate, registration, or permit from a governing board regulating a human service profession; or Master's degree in a human service field with 1 year of full-time, post-graduate

experience with the population served; or Bachelor's degree in a human service field with 2 years of full-time, post-bachelor's

experience with the population served; or Bachelor's degree in a field other than human services with 4 years of full-time, post-bachelor's

experience with the population served. Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
