Job Description

Overview We are currently seeking a Qualified Professional (QP) to join our team and support individuals through mental health or substance use recovery services. Duties As a Qualified Professional, your responsibilities will include: Provide Person Centered Planning, authorization for services and immediate interventions. Providing oversight and supervision of Peer Support Services Completing treatment planning Supporting CPSS in delivering services according to service definitions Monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with service goals Experience The ideal candidate should possess: Experience with Person-Centered Plans (PCP) and service documentation Familiarity with Medicaid and state service guidelines Current CPR/First Aid certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Meet State Specific Requirements to supervise
Certified Peer Support Specialist NC Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in human services with two years of full-time with the population served; or Bachelor's Degree in non-human service field with four years of full-time experience with the population served; or Master's Degree in human services field with one year of full-time experience with the population served If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have the required experience, we encourage you to apply for this fulfilling position as a Qualified Professional.
