Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Justice Wraparound Specialist with our Rite Care Nebraska Program✨ At Rite Care, we provide Justice Wraparound services to youth who are involved in, or at risk of becoming involved in, the Juvenile Justice System. Through individualized case management, mentoring, skill building, advocacy, and connections to community resources, we help address each youth's behavioral, educational, family, and social needs. Rite Care works collaboratively with families, schools, probation officers, and community providers to strengthen supports, reduce barriers, promote accountability, and help youth remain successfully connected to their homes, schools, and communities.
