Seeking a Housing Navigator/Case Manager Bachelors Level Social Worker for Full Time Housing Counseling/Navigator position. Job duties include updating computer database of housing availability, client assessments, meeting with and working with landlords, information and referral and case management. Additional duties include assisting clients accessing services in the community, counseling clients and helping connect them to community resources. Ideal candidate should be able to work with all types of people, be detail oriented and familiar with community resources available in the Camden County/South Jersey area. Candidate must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license. Training provided. Benefits include paid time off, holidays and health insurance.
