Role Details If you enjoy working with people, building relationships and keeping things organised, you'll find plenty of opportunity to put those skills to work as a Volunteer Coordinator in our Elizabeth office. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the volunteer program and helping create an environment where volunteers feel confident, prepared and valued. You will have the opportunity to contribute to how the program is delivered, using your skills and judgement to bring your own approach to the role and support the needs of volunteers and the wider community. This role will suit someone who enjoys working alongside others and seeing their work reflected in the experience of the people involved. As Volunteer Coordinator, you will: Recruit, assess and train volunteers, providing guidance and support along the way Coordinate activities and contribute to the development of volunteer services Build relationships with community organisations to support strong partnerships Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain well-organised records Provide quality administrative support while protecting confidential information.
