Full Job Description Job Description:
The CCSS Specialist must be available to work Monday - Friday. Must maintain a flexible schedule and be available to work early mornings, days and provide services in any of the agency's offices, outside community, schools and/or homes. The CCSS Specialist provides community-based, rehabilitative support to individuals and families dealing with behavioral health, substance use, or serious emotional disorders. The CCSS Specialist promote recovery, independence, and social integration. Services happen in real-world settings—such as homes, schools, or community spaces—rather than strictly in an office.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required plus three years' experience working the target population; OR AA degree in a human service field plus two years' experience working with the target population; OR Related Bachelor's degree plus one-year relevant experience working with the target population. Related college degrees include Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Family Studies, Education, Special Education and Human Services.
