Role Overview:
Mentors will provide hands-on guidance, focusing on life skills, workforce development, and navigating social service systems.Responsibilities:
Provide peer-level support and mentorship to help clients stay on track with their service plans. Collaborate with the Counselor and external social services to ensure holistic care. Accompany clients to essential appointments or community resources as needed.Assist clients in navigating Section 8 housing applications and child welfare services. Facilitate workforce development programs to enhance employability and job-seeking skills. Must have reliable transportation.
