Overview Aliya Wellness is seeking compassionate and dependable Peer Support Specialists to provide one-on-one support to adults receiving behavioral health services. This role focuses on helping individuals build independence, improve daily functioning, increase community engagement, and work toward their personal recovery goals.

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients in their homes and community settings Provide emotional support, encouragement, and companionship Assist clients with developing healthy routines and daily living skills Help clients connect with community resources and social activities Support clients in working toward goals identified in their treatment plans Communicate regularly with the clinical team Complete required documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Peer Support Certification Spanish speaking Experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned areas Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
