Job Description
The Lead Youth Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and support to Youth Specialists while ensuring the successful implementation of the ROC Royal afterschool program. Reporting to the Manager of Programs, this position serves as a point of contact during program hours, helping coordinate daily operations, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, and modeling best practices in youth development. The Lead Youth Specialist also works directly with children by planning and facilitating activities, mentoring participants, and fostering positive relationships with youth and families. This role is ideal for an experienced youth development professional who enjoys leading others while making a meaningful impact in the lives of young people. (FullTime-35/wk)
