Job Description

The Youth Specialist is responsible for leading a group of children in our structured Roc Royal afterschool program, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure a safe, positive, and enriching environment. Reporting to the Manager of Programs, the Youth Specialist will develop and facilitate engaging activities, build meaningful relationships with participants, and help foster a sense of community and belonging. This role is ideal for someone passionate about youth development and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people. (Part Time-18/wk) impacted by violence and trauma. (FullTime-40/wk)
