Job Description

Crossroads Youth & Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Youth Care Specialist. This position is part time. Job duties include initial case management services involving the care of children in the Emergency Youth Shelter. Performs related work including crisis intervention, information and referral, as well coordination of services between agencies. Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, human relations or related field preferred
License:
Must possess a valid Driver s License and maintain acceptable liability insurance
Knowledge:
Must be computer literate and have accurate typing skills as well as the ability to operate a variety of office equipment; Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal and analytical skills required;
