Boys & Girls Aid in Portland, OR is looking to hire a Culturally Responsive Services Specialist to support youth from systematically marginalized backgrounds when they enter Shelter and Housing Service, and to create a holistically immersed environment of equity and inclusion. To honor this goal, the CRS Specialist will steward service-guidance toward achieving and maintaining cultural awareness in policies, procedures, practices, and service delivery, and will be an active participant in the mission and service of Safe Place. This position earns a competitive salary starting at $22-$25 per hour. Bilingual skills are required for this position and bilingual employees are eligible for an additional 8% pay differential.
