Centre Ave, Reading, PA Full-Time / Non-Exempt 20.00- 24.

Helping Others Qualifications Required:
Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred) Bachelor's degree with concentration in social work, criminal justice, psychology, or any Human Services field (highly preferred) Associate's degree with at least one year of experience working with youth (accepted) High school diploma or GED with one year of experience working with youth (accepted) Must have the physical ability to restrain a resident, if needed, while utilizing the tenets of Safe Crisis Management (SCM) training. Schedule Full-Time 1st Shift- 6:00am-2:00pm OR 2nd Shift
- 2:00pm-10:00pm Weekends included
- (discussed during interview) Physical Requirements The employee is required to stand, walk, run, use hands and reach with hands and arms.
