Community Counselor Towanda, PAFull-Time | Flexible Scheduling | Free Clinical SupervisionAdelphoi is seeking a passionate Community Counselor to join our Family Relationship Coaching program in Bradford County. If you have a Bachelors in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, and want to make a difference in the lives of youth and families, we want to hear from you!
What Youll DoAs a Community Counselor, you'll work alongside youth, families, caregivers, and community partners to help strengthen family relationships and improve outcomes for children.
Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and familiesDevelop and manage individualized treatment plansProvide supervision and oversight to parents and their children during family visitsMentor caregivers in parentingRespond to crises and maintain accurate documentationCollaborate with stakeholders and attend court hearingsUphold Trauma-Informed Care principles in all aspects of service deliveryWhat Youll NeedBachelors degree in a related fieldStrong communication and tech skillsValid drivers license and ability to travelAbility to work independently and manage working evenings and 1 weekend-day of your choosing per weekEmpathy, active listening, and critical thinking skillsWhy Adelphoi?
