JOB TYPE
Full-time Independent Living Caseworker
LOCATION
Dover, DE
SCHEDULE
New employees will work in person in the office for a 60-day period then transition to a hybrid schedule which includes possibility of 2 remote working days per week

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Social Work or related field Experience working with families in social services context Valid driver's license with properly registered and insured vehicle Proficient in Microsoft Office Time management and multi-tasking skills Writing and communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Facilitate the movement of children through the permanency process 2. Facilitate resources for the youth and help prepare the youth for independent living 3. Help the youth identify resources and supports 4. Meet with the youth to help them problem solve and address and resolve independent living concerns 5.
