Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Current, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona. Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards in mental health practice. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build patient rapport across diverse populations. Demonstrated ability to work productively as part of a healthcare team.
