Job Description

Large Property Management Company seeking Leasing Agent for current rental season.
Main duties will include:
answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, responding to emails and showing prospective tenants available apartments. We have properties located in Ames, Ankeny, Nevada, Boone, Story City, and Gilbert, so willingness to travel to these towns is required! Attention to detail, basic computer skills, work under pressure and delivering excellent customer service are essential for this position. Availability between the hours of 9AM-5PM during weekdays is a must! Weekend availability is required as needed. Your own vehicle is required. This job will pay $16-18/hr and includes bonuses.
