All Seasons Mental Health has an immediate opening for a Certified Adult Peer Support Specialist. All Seasons Mental Health, a social services agency offering mental health and medical services, is seeking a dedicated Peer Support Specialist to join our compassionate team. As a Peer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and guidance to individuals in need of mental health support on their recovery journey.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide mentoring and support to individuals requiring behavioral health services
  • Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower individuals towards positive change
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Document client interactions and progress accurately in accordance with agency protocols
Pay Range:
$17
  • 23 per billable hour /
DOE Requirements:
  • Peer Support Certification
  • Experience in social work, crisis intervention, or behavioral health preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Knowledge of mental health counseling practices and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team To thrive in this role, the candidate must possess: good time management and organizational skills; confidence in meeting deadlines; knowledge of ethics; proficient technical/computer skills; and the ability to work and make decisions independently.
