Job Description

Pay:
$150.00 per successfully billed client, 10-25 client potential
Expected Monthly Income:
$1,500 (10 clients) - $3,000+ (20+ clients) Position Overview Parsons Counseling & Play Therapy Center is seeking a motivated, independent Targeted Case Manager (TCM) for a production-based W2 position. Unlike traditional hourly roles, our Fee-for-Service model allows you to control your income based on your caseload. We provide the infrastructure, technology, and referrals—you provide the high-quality care. Why Work for Parsons Counseling? Support:
Clinical supervision and administrative back-office support. Position Description Provide resources and case management services for individuals with SMI, SED, SUD, or co-occurring conditions. TCMs assist clients in gaining access to needed medical, social, and educational services through: Assessment and Service Planning. Linking, monitoring, and advocacy. Community outreach and resource development.
Marketing/Outreach:
Representing the agency at community meetings to build your caseload. Position Responsibilities Complete clinical documentation in accordance with state law and agency standards. Maintain a minimum billable caseload (typically 10-15+ clients). Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized service plans. Monitor service delivery through consistent, ongoing contact. Participate in staff meetings and required in-service training.
Minimum Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field (Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.).
Experience:
1-year full-time experience working directly with human services populations post-Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree
Certification:
Ability to obtain or currently hold KY TCM certification.
Background:
Successful criminal background check.
