Department Ben Lippen School Boarding Program Status Part-Time Time Period Academic Year 2026 to 2027 Available Immediately Description Houseparent Assistant Ben Lippen School is seeking responsible and caring Houseparent Assistants to support and supervise international boarding students in a safe, Christ centered environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy mentoring students, building relationships across cultures, and serving in a residential community. Responsibilities Supervise students during assigned weekday evenings and weekends. Help maintain a safe and supportive boarding environment. Attend weekend activities and church with students. Monitor student well being and report concerns promptly. Assist with daily routines, accountability, and student supervision. Work closely with Houseparents and boarding staff. Qualifications Strong Christian character and a heart for serving students. Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
