Visiting Angels is looking for a Community Liaison who can build relationships, create referral opportunities and turn those opportunities into new clients. This is not a "check the boxes" sales role. You will own your territory. Own your relationships. Own your results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build and maintain strong referral relationships with senior living communities, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, hospitals, hospice and other healthcare partners. Be the face of Visiting Angels in the Austin community—networking, connecting, following up and creating opportunities every day. Develop new referral relationships while protecting and growing the relationships you already have. Conduct in-home consultations and confidently guide families through their care options. Listen to what families need, provide solutions and ask for the business when the time is right. Manage your pipeline, follow up with urgency and consistently move opportunities forward. Partner with our internal clinical and operations teams to create a seamless transition from referral to care. Identify opportunities others may miss and take the initiative to pursue them. Track your activity and results and take ownership of your territory's growth.

Do you have at least 2 years of experience working in private pay home care or private duty services, meaning non-medical, client-paid home care, NOT in the capacity of a caregiver or aide?
