Afternoon Shift 2P - 10P and 3P -11P Journey to Dream is hiring Youth Engagement Specialists (YES) to join the team at Kyle's Place. This is not a babysitting job. It is not simply supervising teenagers or getting through a shift. It is an opportunity to become the steady, trusted adult a young person may have been searching for their entire life. At Journey to Dream, we serve youth ages 14-19 who have experienced homelessness, abuse, neglect, trauma, instability, and significant disruption in their lives. Our youth do not need someone to rescue them. They need adults who will show up, stay consistent, maintain healthy boundaries, hold them accountable, and continue believing in them—even on the difficult days. What You'll Do
