Job Description

My client focuses on Hospice care serving Williamson County and surrounding counties. This position will be in Williamson County and surrounding.

The Company:

Nurse owned and locally operated agency Outstanding leadership team Efficient referral to admission process Well-staffed 5 Star Google Rating Established since 2024 Medicare certified The role: To identify areas to develop the business in Williamson County and surrounding counties including Bell, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Lee, Travis, Bastrop and Milam Bring in appropriate Hospice Care referrals/cases and convert to admissions Work in synergy with the Intake team Open and close deals Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, etc.

Required competencies:

Hospice Care business development experience Existing and relevant relationships in Greater Austin (Texas) Self-motivated, team player and confidence Hungry to win
