This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with diverse needs, including those with cognitive disabilities, dementia, or other health challenges. Your energetic approach and commitment to resident-centered care will foster a warm and engaging home environment where residents feel valued and respected. Respond promptly to emergencies using first aid skills and CPR when necessary; report incidents accurately according to protocol. Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or residential care homes is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in assisting with ADLs, medication management, and vital signs monitoring.
