We are seeking highly compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team. We provide a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development. This position will be serving clients in Fairfax County.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT SPECIALIST
:- provides mental health skill-building services to adults diagnosed with mental illness in the individual's home or in the community
- partners with clients to create goals and develop the ISP
- helps clients develop skills that promote stability, employment, housing retention and community engagement
- engages clients in education and counseling that promotes healthy life choices and actions
- collaborates, coordinates and advocates with other service providers
- links clients to needed resources
- maintains the clinical records for all assigned clients This position will primarily provide serves in Western Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.
