We are seeking highly compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team. We provide a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development. This position will be serving clients in Fairfax County.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT SPECIALIST

provides mental health skill-building services to adults diagnosed with mental illness in the individual's home or in the community
partners with clients to create goals and develop the ISP
helps clients develop skills that promote stability, employment, housing retention and community engagement
engages clients in education and counseling that promotes healthy life choices and actions
collaborates, coordinates and advocates with other service providers
links clients to needed resources
maintains the clinical records for all assigned clients This position will primarily provide serves in Western Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.

Required qualifications : Bachelors in the Human Services, 1 year of relevant practical experience and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) Certification in Virginia are required.
