Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private, non-profit, human service agency providing a variety of services throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Over the years, LSS has grown to become one of the largest human service agencies in the two state area serving more than 125,000 clients annually. Human Services Professional - Specialized Servicing Marathon, Lincoln, Langlade, Wood, and Portage Counties. Full-Time / 40 hrs/week / Benefits Eligible This is a great opportunity for a Master's Level Student and looking for experience while in school! Make a difference in the lives of individuals and families.

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Human Services Professional - Specialized to provide skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services to individuals and families in their homes, schools, and communities. Working under the supervision of a Licensed Therapist or Therapist-In-Training, you will help clients build independence, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve their goals. What You'll Do Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services

Support clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills

Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners

Utilize evidence-based practices to support positive outcomes

Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate client records

Participate in recovery teams, supervision, and ongoing professional development

Respond to client needs through flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field required

Relevant degrees may include Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Marriage & Family Studies, Special Education, and other related fields

Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges is preferred

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the community required What We're Looking For Passion for helping individuals and families thrive
