Job description:
As a Counselor, you will: Work collaboratively with clients to develop and complete individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals based on assessed needs. Be empowered to provide direct treatment through individual, group, and family counseling, along with case management support to ensure quality, helping clients' progress in their recovery. Use your passion for helping others by leading individual and group counseling sessions and working collaboratively with the treatment team and community partners to support client recovery. Provide crisis intervention and support when needed, continuously assess client progress, update treatment plans, recommendations, and make referrals for additional services as appropriate.
Qualifications:
AOD certification (CADC I or CADC II required) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment Minimum of 2 years of continuous sobriety (if applicable) Current AHA BLS certification
