Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders Full Job Description Purposes Recovery is looking for a caring and dynamic Group Facilitator. We are looking for Therapists/Group facilitators with Radt's, Cadac's, LMFT's, LPCC's, LCSW's. How We Help Purposes Recovery is a Detox/Residential treatment center located in Los Angeles, California. We provide an interdisciplinary therapeutic drug rehab designed to address the root causes of addiction. With an emphasis on evidence-based drug and alcohol treatment methods, our facility offers the advanced clinical techniques necessary for treating addiction. Your Impact As a Group Facilitator, you will have the opportunity to offer therapeutic treatment to clients with incredibly diverse backgrounds. You will be able to leverage all your clinical skills to touch the lives of each of our clients. If you are passionate, caring and eager to see people get better, you're in the right place. Some of the groups we are looking for: CBT/DBT Coping Skills Relapse Prevention Communication Skills Gender Roles Family Dynamics These are a few examples. Please apply if you can provide a unique group experience for our clients. Responsibilities Collaborate with Clinical Director and/or Program Director and other professional staff to help implement comprehensive programs of therapy, evaluation and treatment. Responsible to deliver appropriate topics on scheduled groups. Responsible to complete group notes in a timely manner Document all services provided in client medical record. Adhere to professional standards regarding tele-health and confidentiality. Periodically participate in staff meetings or trainings pertaining to clinical development. Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director including but not limited to meeting with clients individually for support. Hours We run groups between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. 7 days a week. Compensation $60 per group session Qualifications Group facilitator must be licensed or certified or registered (LMFT, LCSW, Psy
D, AMFT, CADAC
etc. ) in the state in which they are applying. Must maintain license and certification required by state law in good standing. MUST have own Workers Comp. policy &
