We provide evidence-based, individualized care across the full continuum of services, including detox, residential, PHP, IOP , and outpatient treatment. We are currently hiring Mental Health Therapists/Substance Abuse Counselors for our Detox and Residential treatment facility in Aurora, CO .
What You'll Do:
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Facilitate individual, group, family, and couples therapy Manage clinical services and aftercare planning for assigned caseload Prevent, intervene, and de-escalate during crisis situations Maintain accurate, timely documentation of progress, risks, and interventions Collaborate with the Clinical Director, multidisciplinary treatment team, and families Model recovery-centered values including ethics, accountability, dignity, and respect What We're Looking For Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field Active Colorado licensure or certification (LAC, LPCC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, CAS, CAC III, ADDC, etc.) Strong clinical judgment, observation, and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality Experience in substance use disorder, mental health, or co-occurring disorders preferred
