Health Care Resource Centers seeks a Full Time Substance Abuse Counselor to provide patient-centered care in an outpatient opioid treatment program. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, facilitating individual and group counseling, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team. The counselor ensures regulatory compliance, promotes evidence-based, medication-assisted treatment, and supports patients through all stages of recovery.
