Recovery Place is a substance abuse and behavioral health treatment facility providing group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, relapse prevention, medication management, aftercare, and 12-step recovery programs. Currently, we are seeking a Part-time Addiction Counselor to join our team. Our Counselors provide individual and group substance abuse/addiction counseling and case management services as part of our comprehensive prevention and treatment program. We are seeking candidates who have a passion for helping people. The ideal candidates will possess a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, along with two years of experience in counseling and working with adults with substance abuse issues. Current Georgia licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor or CAC I or II certification is a plus. We are hiring for two positions. The hours for one position are 10:30 am - 8:30 pm and 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Recovery Place is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
