Job Summary Parkside Family Counseling is looking to contract with a therapist (LLMSW, LMSW or

LLPC, LPC

) who possesses a CADC or CAADC certification to work with adult and adolescent substance use disorder clients in individual and group settings. Persons with a Masters and interested in the field may work with a MCBAP Development Plan. Responsibilities and Duties Provide assessment, therapy, education, individual and group support for individuals with substance abuse disorders. Conduct prevention and education presentations and classes in the community. Clients may be voluntary or court involved. Work with SUD team consisting of a Clinical Supervisor, certified SUD supervisor, other therapists, case manager and peer mentors to devise individualized and group treatment programs. Qualifications and Skills Masters-level Social Worker or Counselor (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC or LPC) with active license; CAADC or CADC certified or with an approved MCBAP Development Plan. Previous experience providing individual and group therapy. Strong writing skills.
