Beach Counseling is growing, and is looking for a highly motivated, trauma-informed, fully licensed therapist to join our team!! Seeking one FT/Hybrid therapist to join our team. Job Type:

This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position. Full Time/Hybrid position with caseloads between 30 to 32 clients What We offer: Competitive fee splits: Ranging from 65/35 to 70/30 , depending on specialties and experience.

Administrative support:

Billing services and claims disputes, EHR (Therapy Notes), monthly consults, and professional development opportunities Flexible scheduling: Build your own hours from the comfort of your chosen space Strong-consistent referral base: We provide clients for your case load; as well as, help you create your own referral network to find additional client opportunities and grow your own referral sources Insurance panel access: We are in-network with Priority Health (+ Medicaid), BCBS/BCN (+Medicaid), Aetna, Cigna, ASR, Optum, Ambetter, Meridian (+Medicaid), Behavioral Health Systems, Confinity, GEHA, McLaren, and Straight Medicaid.

•Providers MUST already be individually paneled with at least 2 insurance companies to be considered for hire EAP Paneling access: We are partners with multiple

Employee Assistance Programs Community Connections:

We work with local Criminal Justice agencies and support the Ottawa Co. Mental Health Court Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology Minimum 2 years clinical counseling experience Active Michigan licensure (LMSW/LPC/LMFT/ or related) Expertise in assessment and treatment planning Competence in EHR systems (Therapy Notes preferred) Ability to work independently and collaboratively Holds Individual Liability Insurance or ability to obtain required CAADC certification or ability to obtain a development plan highly desired Who We Hire Candidates with high levels of empathy and ability to work with a variety of populations from various backgrounds Self-starters with a drive to grow a practice Provider who possess a high level of emotional intelligence and flexibility We Hope To Hear From You!
