The role involves delivering mandated treatment services, conducting individual and group therapy, and managing client cases related to substance use, mental health, and personal issues. Responsibilities include evaluating program effectiveness, maintaining accurate documentation, developing treatment plans, and providing culturally sensitive care. Ensures compliance with confidentiality laws, ethical standards, and DHS regulations. This in-person position offers a salary of $65,000-$75,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Requires at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience, LADC and ADCT licenses, and ability to pass a DHS background check.
