Duties Manage a diverse caseload of clients with substance use disorder. Deliver individual and group counseling, case management, treatment, and education to clients. Perform Substance Use Disorder Assessments, including Comprehensive Assessments, Summaries, and associated documents, and make appropriate diagnosis that meets DSM-5 criteria. Document all interactions in the EHR in a timely manner. Ensure the Treatment Planning Process is completed within specified timeframes and comply with all required reporting internally and externally. Maintain relationships with clinical supervisors and treatment referral partners. Protect patient privacy in accordance with all laws (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2) and TCWC policies. Comply with all administrative procedures and policies of TCWC. Provide crisis intervention/evaluation as needed. Participate in on-site clinical supervision. Follow all 245G guidelines. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Licensure:

ADC-T or LADC with license in good standing or dual licensed with mental health licensure or pre-licensure (LAMFT/LMFT, LGSW/LICSW, LPC/LPCC).

Experience:

1+ year of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders (Preferred).

Compliance:

Familiarity with MN Statute 245G, 245A, 626.557, 260E, and associated rules. Must be free of problematic substance use for at least the two years immediately preceding hiring and sign a statement attesting to that fact. Background Study:

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background study required by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (MN Statute 245C).
