Join our team as a Supervising Substance Abuse Counselor and make a meaningful impact by leading clinical staff and delivering high-quality, trauma-informed services to women and their children. What You'll Do Provide administrative and clinical supervision to direct care staff, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and effective services for women and their children. Lead, coach, and support staff through ongoing communication, performance feedback, professional development, and team collaboration. Conduct client and staff assessments, support service implementation, and evaluate program effectiveness. Monitor service delivery to promote quality care, consistency, compliance, and positive outcomes across the continuum of care. Prepare and maintain accurate program documentation and reports, including:
  • Monthly program reports
  • Quarterly program reports
  • Service reporting, progress notes, and admissions documentation
  • Mileage reports
  • Correspondence and program-related communications
  • Incident reports and follow-up documentation
  • Annual personnel performance evaluations
  • Personnel coaching and disciplinary documentation Support quality improvement initiatives, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals through data tracking and program evaluation.
Advocate for clients while promoting a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field with 2 years of experience , or Master's degree with 1 year of experience . Certification in Substance Abuse Counseling. Counseling or Social Work licensure. Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record. Must maintain a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record and adequate auto insurance while employed Why Join Us?
