MOUD is the use of medications, in combination with counseling, mental and behavioral therapies, to provide a holistic approach to the treatment of substance use disorders. MOUD is the gold standard for treatment of opioid use disorders. The Morse Clinic's OTP program is regulated by the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation, North Carolina State Opioid Treatment Authority, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, and the Drug Enforcement Agency and North Carolina Drug Control Unit. Description Description Overview:
We are looking to hire a talented therapist for our Opioid Treatment program (OTP).
Description/Summary:
Responsible for providing clinical services to clients at Morse Clinics and delivering addiction treatment and rehabilitation services. Works under the supervision of the clinical supervisor, who evaluates case records and conducts regular conferences to assess job performance. The primary duties include maintaining HIPAA compliance, meeting client needs, serving as the primary therapist for substance abuse issues and overall wellness, documenting client interactions, organizing and leading addiction education and discussion groups, evaluating various life function areas, conducting group and individual therapy sessions, documenting all client contacts and services provided, conducting admission functions, and providing direct clinical treatment services to clients through various sessions. Additionally, the role involves meeting with clients on a regular basis, assisting clients in accessing community resources and services, and facilitating client referrals. Salary $60,000 - $68,000 per year
